Do I need to purchase a General Admission ticket as well?
Yes. All ticket holders must have a general admission ticket to enter the venue. VIP & Soundcheck tickets are upgrades on top of a general admission ticket. General admission tickets can be purchased here.
Will I receive tickets for my VIP / Soundcheck upgrade in the mail?
VIP tickets are not sent to you in advance of the show via mail. Your email confirmation will act as your ticket / proof of purchase. Please bring this with you on show day (on your phone or printed) and we will cross reference this with our list of VIP ticket holders. You will receive your commemorative laminate on show day.
Do you offer refunds for VIP / Soundcheck upgrade tickets?
VIP tickets are final sale. We do not offer refunds. Any general admission refunds must be handled from your point of purchase.
Can I bring my parent or guardian into the VIP / Soundcheck experience?
If you are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian may enter with you, however they must have a general admission ticket.
